Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the baby apparel items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Miami Boutique

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, or visit our Miami storefront for an immediate in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
